I am committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, I have implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to ensure the best use of my own time, as well as other clients who may be waiting for a time slot. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not provide any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. If you are late, I reserve the right to cut your service short. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I do not have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this cancellation policy. My goal is to provide the absolute best service to my clients, and this policy helps achieve that goal by ensuring my time is used efficiently and effectively.
